Our team having had extensive training/experience with AGL and as a result of their changing the focus of the services they provide STC was formed. The initial objective was to fill the gap in the maintenance, repair and installation of natural gas appliances in the commercial and industrial markets. In addition, prior experience highlighted to us the need to provide a responsive service to these customers geared to ensuring the optimum availability and efficiency of their natural gas equipment as well as providing budgetary certainty.
We have achieved this with our highly competitive “Preventative Maintenance” contracts whereby our responsiveness, skills and costs are guaranteed by a Service Agreement thus ensuring that the customer has peace of mind when considering the critical factors relating to their natural gas equipment.
We provide our clients with efficient preventative maintenance programs for their catering equipment and utilise service procedures to ensure complete maintenance every time.
Our vehicles are stocked with a full inventory of spare parts suited for many brands of equipment, for quick efficient replacements. If we don’t happen to stock the needed part we are able to source it for you rapidly and efficiently.
Sydney Trade Connect provides a 24-hour call out service as well as fully licensed and insured technicians. Sydney Trade Connect recognises work cover as being the NSW authority and as such operates with full compliance to work cover legislation/regulations regarding OH&S.
