Preventative Programmed Maintenance
STC has a 24hr seven day service and maintenance department which provides
support for all types of gas equipment and is ideal for Aged Care Facilities, Strata Blocks and hotels.
Gas Appliance (Type B) Certification
Sydney Trade Connect is accredited by the NSW Department of Fair Trading to undertake industrial (Type-B) gas appliance certification in NSW. A type B appliance is defined in AS/NZS 5601 as an appliance with a gas consumption in excess of 10 MJ/hour. Type B appliances must be tested on-site and meet these standards:
AS 3814 – Industrial and Commercial Gas-fired Appliances
AS/NZS 5601 – Gas Installations
Required under the Gas Act 1997 and the Gas Regulation 1997. The certification testing of industrial (type B) gas appliances can be carried out in NSW by our service technicians. Our technicians will inspect your equipment, perform necessary maintenance and issue you with an Appliance Approval Certificate.
